With This Citrus Diet You Can Lose Weight From 12 To 17 Kg Per Month!

The menu for one day looks like this:

  • Glass of freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit in the morning;
  • For lunch – one grejprfrut and two kiwis;
  • For dinner – 2 boiled eggs;
  • Before going to bed you can drink low-fat yogurt (2.5 dl);

During the citrus diet, you should always drink herbal or green tea (which contributes to weight loss) or lemonade without sugar. Once every 3 days for breakfast you can eat one egg with a piece of bread and low fat cheese.
