Rosemary Oil for Grey Hair

Rosemary is an herb that has strong and pungent like fragrance. This plant is native to Mediterranean region. This can be used in preparation of oils, fragrances, body perfumes as it comes with many health benefits. Rosemary is generally coming from a mint family. This herb can be used in many dishes for flavoring purposes that is good source of iron, calcium, and vitamin B6.

Rosemary is very popular herb as it has been hailed since many years famous for its medicinal properties. It was used in getting rid of muscle pain, to improve memory, boost the immune system. Where as the rosemary oil helps in promoting hair growth and also helps in getting rid of grey hair.

As we know that rosemary is a perennial plant which lives for more than 2 years its leaves can be directly used for cooking purposes. Consuming high dosage of this herb may also lead to vomiting, and sometimes coma.
